Overview We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Kingsburg, California . Competitive pay of $54-$58/hour Part-time or full-time flexibility Permanent position with long-term career potential Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Sign-on incentives available for qualified candidates New graduates are encouraged to apply Opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment Meaningful, hands-on patient care Collaborative interdisciplinary team Build lasting relationships with patients and fellow clinicians A role where your clinical expertise and ideas are valued Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs Provide skilled OT interventions designed to improve independence and quality of life Address activities of daily living, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and other areas affecting independence Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes Maintain compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Strong organizational and clinical skills Previous SNF experience is a plus, but not required New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
