Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience in school-based settings highly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 80 students Commitment to fostering student independence and success
Role Details:
Onsite assignment only
COTA:
Provide support across two elementary schools, working 7.5 hours per day with an unpaid lunch break
OT:
Deliver services and supervise a COTA at one site, working 8 hours per day with an unpaid lunch break Engage in the assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy services within a supportive school environment Collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families to promote academic and functional success Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and professional guidelines This position places you at the heart of student growth and school community involvement.
