2996671127-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in partner districts around Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will assess students, develop and implement IEP-based treatment plans, and support participation in school routines. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and teams, document progress, and offer consultative support. Responsibilities Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students per IEP goals Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and legal standards Consult with staff on sensory, fine motor, and functional school skills Adapt classroom environments, tools, and activities to improve student access and participation Provide training and resources to school personnel and families Required Skills Pediatric occupational therapy School-based practice and IEPs Standardized OT assessments Fine motor and visual-motor intervention Sensory processing and regulation strategies Handwriting and functional school skills Assistive technology and adaptive equipment Therapy documentation and progress reporting Interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation Special education law and compliance basics
