About the Position We're looking for an experienced, dedicated Occupational Therapist to support our growing home health patient population in Napa. This is a part time position. You'll evaluate patients in their homes, help build the plan of care, and deliver the therapy that gets them back to the daily activities that matter to them. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, driven, and knowledgeable, with excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Coverage Area:

Napa, CA. Candidates must be able to visit patients in their homes throughout the Napa area.

Compensation:

$45 - $60 per hour What You'll Do Assess each patient's rehabilitative status and develop an appropriate treatment plan with goals that are reasonable and necessary for the patient's needs Provide therapy services in accordance with the plan of treatment and plan of care ordered by the patient's physician Observe and evaluate the effect of treatment and the patient's physical and emotional response to it Update the treatment plan on an ongoing basis and as new orders are received Contact the physician to clarify orders, report significant changes, discuss the patient's condition and course of treatment, and recommend changes as needed Observe, record, and report information on the patient's condition to the physician, the care team, and the medical record Document treatment and patient response accurately, following established guidelines Participate in interdisciplinary planning, case conferences, and staff meetings as required What You Bring Current CA Occupational Therapist license Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program 1 year of clinical experience Home health experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Why Work With Us?
