Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license Experience providing OT services within a school setting, ideally elementary age Working knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and families Strong organizational and communication skills Enthusiasm for supporting students in achieving their goals

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary students as prescribed by IEPs Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and document progress Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute actively to multidisciplinary discussions Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines Offer consultative support and resources to educators and staff to promote student access and participation
