Essential Qualifications:

Active and valid California Occupational Therapist licensure Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students based on their individualized education plans (IEPs) Develop and implement therapy programs that support students educational goals and improve daily functioning Evaluate, assess, and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and documentation to support student success Consult with school staff and provide recommendations for classroom modifications Maintain accurate records and comply with state, local, and school guidelines
