Key Qualifications:

Valid California Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one per the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act Minimum two years of clinical pediatric therapy experience, with emphasis on developmental disabilities and educational settings Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families Commitment to onsite work (no remote or hybrid options)

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students in educational settings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support goals Document progress and provide clear, effective communication with all stakeholders Foster student independence and participation within the school environment
