What We're Seeking:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in California School-based OT experience (preferably with elementary ages) Ability to work on-site, independently, and adapt quickly to new environments Willingness to work full-time (5 days/week); part-time considered
Your Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families for effective student support Manage documentation and IEP requirements Support students across assigned schools within the San Juan Capistrano area
