Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility in California Previous experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred Experience with pediatric or elementary caseloads is beneficial Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct OT services to elementary students per IEP requirements Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with education staff, parents, and other providers to support student success Accurately document sessions, progress, and compliance reports Adapt therapy approaches for inclusive classroom engagement
