Details Home health setting covering assigned county territories including Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Dixon, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, and Yountville Day shift schedule 26-week assignment length May require weekend coverage or travel outside the primary service area to maintain caseload Requirements Current, active CA Occupational Therapist license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of experience required BLS certification required Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and auto registration required Home health experience preferred but not required New graduates welcome to apply Additional Information Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients across assigned territory Willingness to see COVID-positive and
