Provide evidence-based occupational therapy for infants and toddlers (age 0-3) in their home environments. Complete evaluations and develop family-centered, functional goals. Coach caregivers to embed strategies into daily routines. Manage your caseload independently and complete high-quality, timely documentation. Collaborate with a passionate, supportive team focused on positive developmental outcomes.Candidates Must Have:
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university and active CA OT license. Pediatric experience; early-intervention (0-3) strongly preferred. Knowledge of EI theories, rehab principles, and evidence-based practices for children with sensory processing challenges. Warm, compassionate approach with strong family collaboration skills. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.Bonus skills:
Bilingual (Spanish) Early intervention experience Experience with pediatric feeding/oral-motor issues, and screening for neuro referrals and bracing needs.Choose your own caseload:
