What We're Looking For:
Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of California Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate with educators and families Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students' functional abilities and develop tailored therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals Provide direct and consultative therapy services in individual or group settings Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings Empower students to develop fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills for classroom success
