Required Skills & Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist license Colorado Department of Education (CDE) authorization required, or documented proof of your CDE application in progress Previous school-based experience is desired, especially supporting K-12 students Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and integrate effectively with educators, families, and support staff Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse abilities Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions onsite in accordance with student IEPs Work with teachers and parents to integrate therapy goals and strategies into the school environment Maintain detailed records and necessary documentation in compliance with educational and professional standards Participate in IEP meetings and support educational staff with best practices for accessibility and inclusion
