Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough occupational therapy assessments. Craft and implement personalized treatment plans for students with diverse needs. Provide occupational therapy services across various settings, including one-on-one and group sessions. Maintain meticulous records of student progress and therapy interventions. Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and peers to optimize student outcomes. Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights into occupational therapy needs. Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements:
Hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Possess an active in-states license in Occupational Therapy. While previous experience with school-aged children is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit proficiency in maintaining precise records and consistently meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. The caseload encompasses students in K-12. Interviews are currently underway.
