What You'll Do:
Patient Evaluations & Treatment Plans:
Assess patient abilities and develop personalized rehab plans.
Therapeutic Interventions:
Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
Collaboration & Progress Monitoring:
Work with the healthcare team and track patient progress to adjust care as needed.
Patient Education & Discharge Planning:
Teach self-care techniques for long-term independence and prepare patients for discharge.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records in accordance with all regulatory guidelines.
What You'll Need :
Valid OT License in the state of Colorado. Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required Learn more about us: www.glenwoodspringshealth.care We are an EOE.

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
