Enjoy a dynamic schedule working onsite three days per week, making a direct impact on students' growth and independence. Key Qualifications:
Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) OT credential, or proof of application in process Prior experience in school-based pediatric occupational therapy is highly valued Strong knowledge of evaluation, intervention planning, and hands-on treatment for K-12 students Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families Ability to adapt interventions to diverse learning needs and environments
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students onsite, following IEP goals and best practices Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Document services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions for optimal student success Educate staff and parents about strategies to improve student participation and performance within the school environment
