Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Hold an active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Connecticut Experience working in school-based OT settings preferred Strong communication skills and adaptability when traveling between multiple school locations Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administration, and parents Demonstrated skill in assessment, intervention planning, and delivery for students with a range of needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students across a district-wide caseload Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and document progress Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom participation and student success Travel between locations as needed within the school district Deliver engaging and measurable interventions to help students access their learning environments
