- 196937 Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities, injuries and/or disease in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a state licensed physician or other State authorized practitioner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Administers direct patient care in accordance with the written and signed prescription of the referring physician or other State authorized practitioner.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- + Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, required. Master's Degree, preferred. + Minimum one (1) year prior experience, required. + Must be currently licensed as Occupational Therapist in New York State and/or Connecticut OR must have a valid permit and become licensed and registered within one (1) year of employment.
