Make an impact this school year in a dynamic contract opportunity supporting elementary students in a dedicated Autism program. This part-time position (22.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday) runs ASAP through June 2027 and offers the chance for either a licensed Occupational Therapist or two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join a caring multidisciplinary environment. In this role, youll focus on direct intervention for around 50 students across five classrooms located in three buildings, working closely with teachers and staff to promote meaningful skill development and progress.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in Connecticut Previous experience with pediatric, school-based, or Autism Spectrum student populations preferred Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic strategies for children with autism Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills Organized, flexible, and proactive with caseload management

Key Responsibilities:
