The Speech Pathology Group & Rehab Services of CT is growing and is looking for an OT to work in clinic in Shelton, CT in a LEAD position! This opportunity is a Monday-Friday schedule. •We are offering a $4,000 sign on bonus!•The Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT is a highly passionate and skilled multidisciplinary team seeking a dynamic, talented, and fun therapist to join our SPGCT family. The SPGCT therapy team is passionate about what we do both in the clinic and in the community to fulfill our mission of "creating a place where families receive high quality care, feel supported and are important." Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in the field and has experience in the pediatric clinic setting (fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, gross motor, activities of daily living, reflex integration, self-help, self-regulation, cognitive development). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, activities of daily living, coordination, and functional participation. Supervise, mentor, and support occupational therapists and therapy staff as appropriate. Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the pediatric therapy team. Collaborate with other therapy professionals to support patient goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional outcomes. Educate families and caregivers on home programs, therapeutic strategies, and ways to promote carryover of skills. Support onboarding, training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth of OT staff. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, program development, and development of clinical protocols as needed. Promote a collaborative, family-centered, and supportive therapy environment.

Certification Meet all professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as an Occupational Therapist/COTA including maintaining licensure and CEUs Pediatric experience required (minimum 2-3 years)
