We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and motivated Vision Therapist to join our established practice. A Vision Therapist works closely with patients to improve the connection between the eyes and the brain through individualized therapy programs that enhance visual skills, learning, reading, sports performance, and overall quality of life. No prior experience in vision therapy is required—we provide comprehensive paid training for the right candidate. What matters most is your enthusiasm for learning, your ability to connect with people, and your commitment to helping patients succeed. What You'll Do  Guide patients through personalized vision therapy sessions in a supportive and encouraging environment.  Build positive, trusting relationships with children, teens, and adult patients.  Track patient progress and communicate effectively with doctors and team members.  Motivate patients to reach therapy goals while celebrating their successes.  Maintain accurate records and ensure therapy sessions are organized and productive.  Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
