Qualifications & Experience:

Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required for consideration) School-based OT experience strongly preferred Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites Excellent communication and collaboration skills Committed to evidence-based practices and individualized student support Please note: Not accepting COTA applicants for this assignment

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students as determined by IEPs Conduct assessments and report findings to IEP teams Develop appropriate treatment plans and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation of services and outcomes Adapt interventions to meet the developmental needs of assigned students
