Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active OT license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain) Previous school or pediatric OT experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success Develop and implement therapy plans based on IEP goals Document student progress and maintain accurate records Participate in team meetings and continue professional training
