As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in launching and growing our premium RV roof coating division. You'll meet customers where they are—campgrounds, RV parks, and residences—providing expert inspections and tailored solutions that protect one of their most valuable assets. With a steady flow of pre-qualified appointments, strong brand reputation, and in-house support, you'll be set up to focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the continued expansion of a trusted 30-year brand. What You'll Do ➢ Meet with

Customers:

Travel throughout Delaware, Maryland, Eastern PA, and Southern NJ to conduct scheduled appointments. ➢

Perform Roof Inspections:

Evaluate RV roofs, document findings, and identify customer needs. ➢

Deliver Consultative Sales:

Educate customers on product benefits, warranty or insurance considerations, and financing options. ➢

Build and Close Deals:

Create same-day quotes and close sales on-site whenever possible. ➢

Manage Your Pipeline:

Follow up on open opportunities, including those involving insurance or extended decision timelines. ➢

Leverage Provided Leads:

Work from a consistent schedule of 10-15 pre-qualified appointments per week. ➢

Generate Additional Business:

Build referrals and self-sourced opportunities to maximize earning potential. ➢ Represent the
