Job Description

Occupational Therapist- Boca Raton area In Home Rehab of Florida provides physical and occupational therapy to older adults in their homes throughout South Florida. We are a Medicare part A and B in home practice, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate occupational therapist to join our growing team! Our clinic focuses primarily on geriatrics, providing one on one care for our patients. We offer competitive hourly rates, the flexibility to organize your own weekly schedule and the autonomy to create meaningful and customized treatment sessions. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills in order to maximize patient outcomes. This is a great opportunity for an occupational therapist who is looking for a different model of treating, outside the clinic, an occupational therapist already making home visits who would like to take on additional work, or an occupational therapist who is looking for a high level of flexibility in their work schedule. Make your own hours and schedule. Excellent working environment, excellent compensation. We are specifically looking to fill a position in the Palm Beach County area.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in their homes Provide creative and individualized treatment sessions Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations Thoroughly complete all documentation via EMR Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative
Requirements:
Active FL License and Registration Eligibility to work in the US Ability to document per Medicare guidelines Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner Ability to treat patients I the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
