Occupational Therapist Neuro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Boca Raton, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time Up to $44 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Outpatient experience Assisting with ADLs Occupational Therapy Experience working with neurodivergent individuals Patient interaction Neurology Occupational Therapy License Experience working with individuals with neurological conditions Full Job Description We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team and provide individualized care to patients with a variety of neurological and non-neurological conditions. This role is well suited for an OT who values quality over quantity and enjoys working closely with patients to support their goals and independence. What You'll Do Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide hands-on treatment based on each patient's needs, goals, and functional abilities Help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and participate more independently at home and in the community Communicate and coordinate care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes What We're Looking For Current Florida Occupational Therapy license Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A patient-focused approach and genuine interest in providing individualized care Comfortable working with both neurological and general outpatient conditions Why Join Us?
