Occupational Therapist (OT) The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | Part-Time Opportunities Available Competitive Compensation Package The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills, functional independence, and overall quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional resident-centered care. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and activities of daily living Assess resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Educate residents and families regarding therapy programs, adaptive equipment, and treatment goals Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning processes Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and procedures Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive therapy environment Qualifications Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Benefits Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Our Team?
