We are a child-led, play-based pediatric therapy practice serving young children in a warm, welcoming environment with a fully equipped sensory gym. We are seeking a creative, compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children grow through movement, play, connection, and meaningful experiences not just table work and worksheets. Our practice focuses on treating the whole child, Our approach focuses on understanding the whole child, identifying the reasons behind their challenges, and creating individualized treatment that feels engaging and purposeful. Our practice provides services in:

A private clinical setting with a state-of-the-art sensory gym In-home sessions School-based/community sessions (as appropriate) What You'll Do Evaluate and treat children with sensory, motor, developmental, and functional challenges Create individualized, play-based treatment sessions based on each child's needs and interests Incorporate movement and sensory-rich activities into treatment Address sensory processing and regulation, fine motor development, visual-motor skills, motor planning, coordination, self-care, and participation in daily routines Partner with parents and caregivers through education, home recommendations, and practical strategies Collaborate with physical therapists and other members of the child's care team Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation Help create a positive environment where children feel safe, connected, and excited to participate We're Looking for Someone Who Is passionate about working with young children and their families Has a strong interest in sensory integration and sensory processing Looks beyond isolated skills to understand the whole child Values movement, play, creativity, and relationship-based care Can adapt treatment to each child rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach Communicates clearly and compassionately with families Is dependable, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working independently Wants to grow with a developing pediatric practice Qualifications Active (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Florida Doctorate or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Prior pediatric and/or early intervention experience preferred, but not required (new grads welcome) Experience or advanced training in sensory integration is strongly preferred Comfortable working across clinic, home, and school-based settings Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance Current professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on family-centered care Ability to work independently, manage a flexible caseload, and adapt to changing schedules What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding pediatric practice Supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on playful, functional therapy Access to a fully equipped sensory gym and high-quality pediatric therapy tools Position Details PRN position with the opportunity to grow as the caseload develops
