Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings. In this role, you will perform evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life. You'll adapt quickly to new environments, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold regulatory standards. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered OT evaluations and treatments across varied clinical settings as a traveler Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function, safety, and independence Document care accurately and timely in EMR, following facility and payer standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care plans Educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive equipment, and safety strategies Adapt quickly to new environments, policies, and workflows at each assignment location Maintain required licensure, certifications, and compliance documentation Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Fusion Medical Staffing values Required Skills Occupational therapy evaluation and treatment Treatment planning and documentation (EMR)
