Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and implement evaluation reports, Plans of Care, and treatment techniques
  • Coordinate care with healthcare teams, including discharge planning and communication with families
  • Supervise personnel such as COTAs and HHAs when required
  • Attend case conferences, in-services, and serve as a resource for clinical staff
  • Maintain adherence to policies, standards, licensure, and state regulations
  • Stay updated on patient conditions and document progress regularly Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted state license
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication, coordination, and technical skills Key Duties
  • Conduct assessments and define therapy goals
  • Ensure safety and quality of care
  • Collaborate with healthcare team and families
  • Provide documentation and reports
