Monitor progress regularly by documenting treatment outcomes and adjusting therapy strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness. Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems accurately for documentation and reporting purposes. Stay current with advances in pediatrics, physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology to enhance service quality. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Proven experience working with pediatric populations in clinical settings such as clinics, schools, or early intervention programs. Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles including comprehensive evaluations and therapy plan implementation for children with speech impairments or disabilities. Experience working with children who have diverse needs related to communication disorders, including those with developmental delays or disabilities. Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions and experience delivering telehealth services effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams including audiologists, occupational therapists, educators, and medical professionals. Excellent communication skills for parent collaboration and patient care coordination. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to speech production and swallowing functions.
