What you'll deliver: Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students ages K-12 Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student access and participation in school activities Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results to stakeholders in a timely manner Assist with student transitions between sites and adapt therapy goals as necessary for different environments What we're looking for: Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license in the state of Florida (or eligibility) Prior school-based OT experience preferred, familiarity with IEP process a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families Adaptable, organized, and able to manage a part-time schedule across three school locations
