Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized occupational therapy services directly in patients' homes, helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will support a wide range of clients, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or disabilities. Duties Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and medical conditions Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately, documenting clinical notes, progress reports, and treatment outcomes Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety strategies Support clients with autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, or disabilities through specialized interventions and evidence-based practices Requirements Valid occupational therapy license or certification in the relevant state or region Experience working with individuals with autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, or disabilities preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards Proven ability to develop effective care plans and treatment programs for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and post-acute care patients Experience working in home health settings is highly desirable; inpatient or outpatient experience is beneficial too Excellent client communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within interprofessional teams Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems and medical documentation requirements Ability to work independently in patients' homes while maintaining professional standards of safety and confidentiality Join us in delivering impactful occupational therapy services that transform lives! Pay:

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
