Qualifications & Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist license Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and organizational abilities Positive, adaptable, and eager to work collaboratively with educators and families Willingness to work on-site in a full-time capacity

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students motor skills and sensory needs within the school environment Design, implement, and monitor individualized interventions to support student success and independence Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to integrate therapies into classroom routines Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student records and progress reports Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and support the development of educational goals Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for students with diverse needs
