Responsibilities Conduct vision screenings for students using standardized screening tools and protocols Accurately document and record screening results Identify students who may require further evaluation and flag for follow-up Communicate screening outcomes with school staff in a timely and professional manner Maintain organized records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements Follow established procedures for referrals to licensed eye care professionals when needed Collaborate with school personnel to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery Qualifications Experience conducting vision or health screenings (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures Excellent organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a school setting Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with staff
