Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient Job Overview We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation position in Fayetteville, Georgia. The role focuses on providing occupational therapy services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, with a strong emphasis on lymphedema management . The therapist will collaborate with OTs/OTAs, PTs/PTAs, SLPs, wound care professionals, compression fitters, and lymphedema vendors as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Hours:

7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Requirements Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience Lymphedema Certification/Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification required and must be in hand Georgia OT License required NBCOT certification required Epic documentation experience required Outpatient occupational therapy experience preferred Experience with lymphedema management preferred Must be comfortable treating adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and plans of care Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and functional goals Provide lymphedema management and treatment Perform reassessments and discharge planning Educate patients and families regarding treatment, home programs, safety, and injury prevention Assess and recommend adaptive equipment Provide splinting and orthotic interventions when appropriate Assist patients with lifting, transfers, and functional activities Maintain accurate documentation in Epic Collaborate with OTs, OTAs, PTs, PTAs, SLPs, wound care teams, compression fitters, and lymphedema vendors Participate in interdisciplinary patient care and communication Provide care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and other rehabilitation needs

Pay:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
