Job Description

Occupational Therapist -

Outpatient Lymphedema Location:

Fayetteville, GA Contract:

24 weeks

Schedule:

Day Shift, 4x10-hour shifts | 7:30 AM-6:00

PM Weekend:

None Call:

None Rate:

Up to $2,450. Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1 Requirements Minimum 1 year of OT experience Lymphedema Certification required and must be in hand Georgia OT license required NBCOT required BLS required Experience with lymphedema management and splinting Experience with adult and geriatric patients Responsibilities & Skills Perform OT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide lymphedema management and treatment Assess and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment Perform splinting and orthotic management Provide manual therapy and therapeutic interventions Treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions Work with patients recovering from hip and knee replacements Provide patient and family education Complete reassessments, progress documentation and discharge planning Collaborate with OTs/OTAs, PT/PTAs, SLPs and wound care staff
