This job description is going to look nothing like a typical job description because, well, this won't look much like most jobs. The pay can be variable. We can set this up where you're getting paid for all hours worked (W2) at a lower rate or just for billable time (1099) at a higher rate. Let's figure out what works best for both of us. I started this company to make something that looks different from most OT companies. I want it to be human first. (Not just the clients! You and your families are human too.) And I want it to be slow business. This is my first hire, so I need someone who is ok with building a caseload! I don't have one all prepped and ready to go, but I am working on putting it together. I'll find you whatever hours you want to work, it will just take time to get the ball rolling. The best fit for this job to start would be someone interested in working one day per week for now. You can stay there at one day or we can build on it depending on what you need/want. This job is a mix of traditional pediatric OT, infant OT, tongue-ties, breastfeeding and bottle feeding support, groups and classes, in home, and onsite. There is a lot of driving between clients, but I can always help with logistics.
