• 85 Per Visit Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes across Oahu, HI .

Choose between part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN opportunity based on your availability.

What You'll Do:

As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes throughout Oahu.

Responsibilities include:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals. Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and daily function. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team. Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics. Manage your caseload based on your availability and patient needs.

Compensation:

Part-Time W-2: $65 per follow-up visit. $75 per 4-unit evaluation.

PRN:

$72 per 4-unit follow-up visit. $85 per evaluation.

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Hawaii required. Reliable transportation required. Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a home-based setting. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
