Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Illinois state OT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Previous experience working with pediatric and/or school-based populations preferred Familiarity with IEPs, goal development, and progress monitoring Ability to work effectively with diverse student groups across K-12th grades Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across K-12th grade Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and document student progress Adapt strategies and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and legal standards Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging school environment
