Qualifications & Experience:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Valid Illinois OT license required Strong background in pediatric or K-12 settings, with preferred experience in schools, home health, teletherapy, or similar healthcare environments Skilled communicator able to connect with students, staff, and families Capacity to adapt therapeutic plans for students with varied needs and abilities

Role Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-12 students over a full-time, five-day workweek Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each students goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote academic achievement and daily living skills Document progress in accordance with school and professional standards Communicate consistently with educators and caregivers about student development Serve an engaging and diverse caseload, shaping positive outcomes for each learner
