Qualifications/Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience or coursework in pediatric or school-based OT preferred Skill in fine motor interventions, particularly for young learners Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators and families Flexibility to work a few hours per week, with adaptable scheduling

Main Responsibilities:

Provide tailored OT sessions focusing on fine motor skill development (e.g., pencil grip, hand-eye coordination) Work one-on-one with a smart, motivated kindergarten student Collaborate with teaching staff and caregivers to ensure consistent progress Document student progress and adapt interventions as needed
