We value flexibility, realistic caseloads, creativity, and meaningful relationships with families and school teams. We are looking for compassionate and motivated clinicians who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive small-practice environment. Position Overview We are currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy movement-based and play-based therapy, value autonomy and flexibility, and are passionate about helping children participate more successfully in everyday routines at home, school, and within the community.
Services are primarily provided in:
homes schools daycares community-based settings Responsibilities OTR/L Responsibilities Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions in homes, schools, and/or daycare settings Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related providers Complete timely documentation using EMR system
Qualifications Required For OTR/L:
Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) Experience or strong interest in pediatrics Comfort working independently in home and/or school-based settings Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with pediatric home health or school-based therapy Familiarity with pediatric assessments (BOT-3, PDMS-3, Beery VMI, Sensory Profile, etc.) What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive small-practice environment Autonomy with scheduling and caseload management How to Apply Please submit: your resume brief introduction pediatric experience/background current availability/location preferences We would love to learn more about you and your interest in pediatric OT!
