What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Illinois OT license (IL OT). Proven expertise across school-based therapy, home health, healthcare facilities, and teletherapy for school-aged children. Comfortable managing a diverse caseload with varying needs and abilities. Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students to enhance participation, performance, and independence in daily school activities. Assess students' functional abilities and design tailored intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure holistic student support. Document progress and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings, delivering expertise and advocating for student needs. Integrate a multi-setting approach—including home health and teletherapy—to reach and support students more effectively.
