PRN / As Needed Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Gurnee, Illinois. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions. Qualifications Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR certification preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or outpatient settings preferred, but not required.
