PRN / As Needed Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Gurnee, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who values flexibility while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions. Assist patients in improving functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs. Qualifications Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR certification preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or outpatient settings preferred, but not required.
