Easterseals Joliet Region, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a school-based position with no evenings or weekends and part-time hours during the summer with full salary pay. Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

Evaluate clients referred for occupational therapy services using established evaluation procedures and standardized assessments. Develop treatment goals, plans, and objectives based upon the initial evaluation and program requirements, and update plans per Agency policy. Develop and provide coaching for family members and/or client to incorporate new skills and/or techniques into normal routines and activities at home. Instruct family members and students in properly and safely using adaptive equipment and assistive technology. Eligible for loan forgiveness under Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
