In this role, you'll provide one-on-one occupational therapy services for children from infancy through early adolescence, utilizing a holistic, whole-child approach that supports regulation, development, participation, and functional independence. You'll collaborate closely with families, physical therapists, and speech therapists while receiving support through mentorship, shared learning, and regular team collaboration. We believe quality care comes from giving therapists the time, resources, and support they need to do their best work. You'll never feel like you're on an island. Our therapists regularly collaborate, co-treat, problem solve together, share ideas, and celebrate one another's successes. This position is ideal for a therapist who values meaningful relationships, high-quality care, professional growth, clinical autonomy, and a healthy work-life balance. How You'll Spend Most of Your Time Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Deliver engaging, child-centered therapy sessions Participate in occasional interdisciplinary co-treatments Collaborate closely with families to support carryover and long-term success Partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care Complete documentation efficiently Participate in weekly team collaboration, mentorship, and learning opportunities What We're Looking For We're looking for a fun-loving, growth-minded therapist who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential while building meaningful relationships with families and teammates.
