Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy licensure is required. Previous experience in school-based OT, healthcare, home health, or related settings preferred. Organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students across two school campuses. Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to meet educational and functional needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families, to support student progress. Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor student outcomes. Provide direct and consultative OT services in both classroom and pull-out settings. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning and goal setting. Adjust strategies and interventions as needed to best serve each student's evolving requirements.
