Part-time School Occupational Therapist contract for 36 weeks in Minooka, IL. Provide OT services to K-4 and 5/6 students, conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and staff to improve student functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students at local elementary and intermediate schools. Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Consult with teachers and staff on student needs and accommodations. Implement therapy interventions to improve developmental and functional skills. Document progress and communicate effectively with families and staff.

Qualifications:

Valid OT license Minimum 1 year experience in a school setting Experience working with K-4 and 5/6 students Ability to work 4-10 hour shifts Strong communication and consultation skills Background check and compliance with facility policies
