Job Description
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Illinois (required) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred Strong communication skills for partnerships with staff, students, and families Ability to adapt interventions to diverse learning needs Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environmentsPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments, develop and implement IEP goals Deliver direct therapy services to elementary-age students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' development Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team Provide consultative and push-in support as needed for classroom activitiesBenefits & Perks:
